1. Return Eligibility
Products sold by Jay Proton Industries are eligible for return under the following conditions:
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product has a manufacturing defect or was received in a damaged condition.
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
- The product is accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or electrical surges.
- Products that have been modified or tampered with.
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
- Items sold as part of a custom or bulk order (unless defective).
3. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of return approval.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, or cheque for dealer accounts).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Replacement Policy
For defective or damaged products, Jay Proton Industries offers a free replacement as the preferred resolution. Replacement dispatch happens within 3–5 business days after the defective product is received and verified at our facility.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or refund:

- Include your invoice number, product name, reason for return, and photographs of the defect.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

6. Shipping for Returns
- For defective products: Jay Proton Industries will arrange return pickup or reimburse shipping costs.
- For buyer-error returns (wrong product ordered): The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
7. Warranty
All Jay Proton Industries products carry a 1-year manufacturing defect warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty claims must be supported by the original invoice. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, water ingress, or electrical faults beyond the product's rated specifications.
